Terms and Conditions

6.1         For Media Items, Books, and LEGO® Items, the Valuation offered to you by us is valid for twenty-eight (28) days from the date that you place your order, subject to your Items passing our Quality Assessment. If any LEGO® Items do not pass our Quality Assessment, then we have the right to re-value them. We do not revalue Media Items or Book Items.

6.2         For Tech Items the Valuation offered to you by us is valid for twenty-one (21) days from the date that you place your order, subject to your Items passing our Quality Assessment. If your Items do not pass our Quality Assessment, then we have the right to re-value your Items.

6.3     Our re-valuation procedure for Tech Items is set out in condition 16 and for LEGO® Items in condition 15. It is very important that you read these sections and understand our rights to re-value your Items and how this may affect you. 

6.4         Any Valuation that we provide to you is deemed to be our property. You must only use the Website’s Valuation service to value Items that you own and are considering selling to us.

6.5         By placing an order on the Website, you are confirming to us that you understand, accept, and agree that we will only provide payment based on Valuations that we have made and that no other valuations by any other method or source will apply.

6.6         Orders sent via our SMARTDrop Kiosk are subject to a small administration fee. This fee will be deducted from your valuation when you choose the SMARTDrop Kiosk option and complete your order.
