The Company and Royal Mail will NOT carry, and you agree NOT TO SEND, any: aerosols, alcoholic beverages, ammunition, asbestos, batteries, clinical and medical waste, controlled drugs and narcotics, corrosive substances, counterfeit currency, bank notes and postage stamps, dry ice, environmental waste, tech items containing batteries exceeding 100Wh,explosives, flammable liquids, flammable solids, frozen water, gases, goods made in foreign prisons, human and animal remains, infectious substances UN2814 or UN2900, lights and refills containing flammable liquid or gas, living creatures, animals and reptiles, lottery tickets, magnetised materials, matches, obscene publications and unlawful indecent images, oxidising materials and organic peroxides, pesticides, poisonous, toxic liquids, solids or gases, radioactive materials, solvent-based paints, wood varnishes and enamels, tickets and related advertisements for illegal lotteries, waste, dirt, filth or refuse and weapons.

Should you send any of these goods (whether knowingly or unknowingly) in a Parcel to the Company or Royal Mail – or cause either to handle such goods -, the Company and/or Royal Mail will be under no liability whatsoever in connection with the goods, however arising.

We reserve the right to refuse any Parcels which are not the property of, or sent on behalf of, you.
