• Backlight fully working, No liquid damage, dead pixels on screen
• No missing internal/external parts (HDD, SSD, RAM) and all ports work (HDMI and USB etc.)
• Does not overheat and hinges fully working (if applicable)
• All parts of the device are fully working
• Working charger without exposed leads and battery included

Poor:

• Signs of wear on screen and/or body
• Backlight fully working, No liquid damage, dead pixels on screen
• No missing internal/external parts (HDD, SSD, RAM) and all ports work (HDMI and USB etc.)
• Does not overheat and hinges fully working (if applicable)
• All parts of the device are fully working
• Working charger without exposed leads and battery included

Faulty:

• Heavy signs of scratching and/or wear on device
• Liquid damage
• Any functional defect
• Missing charger and/or battery
• We cannot buy your device if it is missing components or is bent, crushed or snapped in half
